CEDS Committee Meeting: The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009
On March 11th, 2009, the Regional Planning Commission of Greater Birmingham held a meeting for regional participants in preparation for the update of the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) program. The purpose of this meeting was to address issues and items within the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
