RFQ for Environmental Consulting Services for RPC Brownfields Assessment Program

RPCGB’s Department of Economic Development requests written responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the selection of an environmental consulting firm to assist with execution of its Brownfields program. 

RPCGB is preparing an EPA Brownfields Coalition Assessment application to expand brownfields work across the region. RPCGB has identified a team of coalition partners and a list of target properties/geographies areas and is seeking a qualified consulting firm to support this work.

RFP Released: November 25, 2025

Questions due in writing: December 22, 2025 by 5pm CST to kkraft@rpcgb.org

Proposals due: 4:00pm CST on December 29, 2025. Submissions may be emailed (one pdf file) or hand delivered (2 hard copies). 

Notice: Public Meeting for Town of Nauvoo's CDBG Formal Amendment

The Town of Nauvoo will hold a public hearing on November 4, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. at Nauvoo Town Hall (176 McDaniel Ave) regarding an amendment to CDBG Project #SM-CM-PF-23-002, which facilitates the demolition of a former church, school, and cafeteria building.

The Town of Nauvoo is proposing a budget amendment to reflect a cost under-run. The project is complete, and this step is necessary to close the grant.

Town of Nauvoo Requests Bids for Demolition Services

The Town of Nauvoo, as part of the town’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), is requesting bids from qualified firms to conduct demolition services related to the town’s project.
